4th Infantry Division

DUTY STATION:  Fort Hood, Texas

DIED:  April 11, 2006

LOCATION OF INCIDENT:  Taji, Iraq

CAUSE:  an improvised explosive device detonated near his Bradley Fighting Vehicle and he subsequently came under small arms fire during combat operations

BURIED:  4/21/06 with honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery

FUNERAL HOME:  Kutis Funeral Home, St. Louis, MO
